1. Descriptive text for my apartment - they re-wrote the copy in a much more customer focused manner
2. Style and quality of photography
3. Facilities offered - a seemingly trivial item such as supply of hairdryer can influence a potential customer
4. Discount offers and competitive pricing structure - they coached me in how to dynamically set up my own pricing structure and discount offers to help maximise my occupancy.

"Following one of Let in Edinburgh's Property Manager Events, Craig suggested a meeting to discuss my 3 properties in Edinburgh in order for me to fully understand the current market conditions and how to use their comprehensive software to maximise the occupancy rates and increase my revenues.

I now actively manage my vacant periods using a series of promotional pricing tools that the software allows you to adjust your pricing directly to fill a vacancy. There has subsequently been an immediate increase in reservations that I believe I would not have received otherwise by using this technique. It takes approx. 45 minutes a week for me to manage my 3 properties.

I firmly believe that it is better to have a guest using the facility at a reduced last minute rate than the property being empty, along with my reservations obtained at my full rates, combine to allow me to manage and maximise my own profitability."
